Pay an Invoice
As a small business, we appreciate the prompt payment of your invoices. You can always drop off or mail a check to our showroom, or you can use our secure payment portal below to pay via our partner, Melio payments. You will be asked for a payment amount, an invoice number (or just use your name) and then to pay via credit card or direct bank payment (ACH) via a Plaid secure connection.
ACH Payment Help & Troubleshooting
If you’re paying by bank (ACH) and entered your bank details manually, Melio will send you two small deposits to verify your account. Here’s what to do if you don’t see them or can’t complete your payment.
Step 1: Wait 1-3 Business Days
The deposits usually arrive within 1-3 business days. Check your account for two small amounts under $1.00 labeled from Melio or their partner bank (Evolve Bank).
Step 2: Didn’t Receive Deposits?
Login to the Melio payment portal again, remove the bank you added, and re-add the bank.
Step 3: Contact Your Bank
Some banks block unknown ACH micro-deposits. Ask your bank if they are blocking micro-deposits from Melio or their partner bank (Evolve Bank)
